- 2. The winner should confirm acceptance of prize within two weeks. No acceptance results in a new drawing
- 3. The winner will receive a scan, a giclee on canvas or fine art paper and a digital file of the scanned image.
- 4. The reproduced size will not exceed 30x40 inches.
- 5. The original size will not exceed 48x72 inches.
- 6. Digital files will be accepted.
- 7. Transparencies will be accepted.
- 8. Shipping of the artwork to Colson Art Printing will be the responsibility of the winner.
- 9. Return shipping of the artwork to the winner will be the responsibility of Colson Art Printing.
- 10. Colson Art Printing reserves the right to refuse images based on subject matter.
- 11. Colson Art Printing reserves the right to promote the winning image and artist on facebook.
- 12. Colson Art Printing will perform the reproduction in a timely and professional manner.
